EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

• Swissmic is a startup company focusing “Mobility by Apps”.

• based Lausanne, Switzerland, initially founded by two engineers from Swiss Federal

Institute of Technology (EPFL), November, 2011. After global integration, now it has one

patent office based Virginia, US and marketing strength started first-run campaign in

August, 2012, from Silicon Valley to radiate the whole world.

• Swissmic believes that the functionality of smartphones/tablets can be radically increased

with additional hardware, and develops products with a terminal-hardware interface.

• The “Mobility by Apps” is a brand-new concept applied to portable hardware control,

mobile visualization, and intuitive intelligence interface. High-pace development on Apps

enables smart-phones and tablets market boomed recently, and releases users

geographically by wireless technology.

The company’s Vision is to become the global leader in “Mobility by Apps” for smartphone users

and boomed tablet costumers.

We are seek to harvest the company within a 2-3 year time frame. The most likely scenario is that

we serve 1-2 strategic partners in each industrial funtion, namely, academy and research,

enterprises commercial, photography online community, etc.

With 3rd year sales of 10 mm (forecasting) and a profit of 7 mm, Swissmic SA would still be

positioned as a hidden gem with highest ROI and high-margin products, because we are market-

directed, demands-sensitive, tech-leading, and all in sum, promising.
