This very helpful (though long) tutorial walked me through basic things like setting up the website, deleting and uploading images and files, changing the colours or fonts and editing pages.
I will definitely use all these tips and instructions, because these will be the basis of my website.

This video showed my how to use the comment and chat widgets, as well as a “Jukebox” widget. Though I would probably not use the latter, I think the chat and comments widgets would be very helpful.
For example, students from the same / similar courses can chat to each-other about any problems they might have.

This video showed me how to insert a video player on my website – I can choose from either my own video or one from youtube.com or a Google Video.
I think this will be very helpful for me, in case I want to add videos showing practical work or some difficult concepts. Videos and visual aids often help some people to learn things effectively.
