How to install Skype.

Step 1.

• Firstly you will need to head to http://www.skype.com/en/

• You will need to click on the green circle that says ‘Get Started’

Step 2.

• Once you have clicked that you will be asked to create a Skype account. You will use the Skype account to call and video chat to people. Start to enter the correct information for your Skype account.

Step 3.

• Now you will be taken to your profile page. You will have to download Skype. Press the green rectangle that sais ‘Download Skype for Windows’

Step 4.

• It will come up with a security warning. Click ‘RUN’

Step 5

• Now you will have to wait for a couple of minutes. It will give you a estimated time left.

Step 6

• Now you will need to click on ‘YES’.• Once you have clicked the yes button. You will need to accept the terms

and licence agreement. You will also be able to run Skype as soon as the computer starts. Personally I turned that option off. Click the I Agree button if you agree. It’s in the bottom right hand corner

Step 7.

• You will be asked to install Skype Click To Call. Un-tick this box and press ‘Continue’ in the bottom right and corner.

Step 8.

Finished

• Well Done! You have successfully installed skype and you will now be able to make calls to your other clients and colleagues.
