2009

• Twitter – 84% in 2011; close to 0% in 2009; allows schools to send up-to-date announcements

• LinkedIn – 47% in 2011 vs. 0 in 2009; used by Admissions professionals and career services

• Close to half of universities continue to maintain a blog and a little more than a third continue to use message boards.
