Phase 1 – Requirements analysis

The requirements analysis phases includes gathering information from the clients, along with the definition of use case scenarios. A sub-phase represents the design of the architecture of the system.

Phase 2 - Implementation

This phases consists of two sub-phases◦ 1. Back-end development and testing◦ 2. Front-end (GUI) development and testing

Before the 2nd milestone is reached, the integration of the two modules is done.

Four types of testing and a final bug report
