Today we're used to use Single Page Interface web applications, that is, with no reload, any GMail user is using this kind of applications However, SPI use in websites is extremely infrequent because two reasons: need of SEO compatibility and need of horizontal scaling implying clusters of servers with (almost) no shared user visual state, both features big enemies of the SPI approach.
