DESCRIPTION
ERAJOBEX is a Split Recruitment and Placement Network for ERA India. It is powered by ReJox.com. It utilized several cutting edge technologies like resume parsing, job distribution and split recruitment to help recruiters increase their placements and earn more money. This is a copy of a presentation made to over 30 Recruitment CEO's at the ERAJOBEX event at NSCI in Mumbai on 3rd March 2014.

1. On clicking the applicants from application split it open’s up a popup
window which gives the list of applicants proposed by
the source recruiter 3. On clicking this you can accept
/ignore the applicant
2. Applicants contact details and email id is
shown after the Job Post Recruiter accepts the
applicant.
On accepting the applicant it open’s up a
popup & on clicking the checkbox you can change
the status to placed/rejected
Accepting the applicant gives access to the contact details.
When Proposing Candidates as a Source Recruiter – multiple candidates can be uploaded by simply
selecting files (auto parsing)
