Passengers will be able to Sign up/Login through their email or social login Facebook/Google plus

Passengers will be able to select a car type and book a ride immediately using ASAP option

As soon as the passenger makes an ASAP request, nearest driver will receive it. Drivers will have option to accept or reject the request.

Apps- Pick up request accepted Passenger App Driver App

Once the request is accepted by the driver passenger will get a confirmation and will be able to view driver profile. Passenger will have an option to call driver or cancel trip. Driver location will also be displayed in map.

Driver will also be able to view passengers profile and location. Driver will be able to call the passenger.

Apps- Start End Trip Passenger App Driver App

Once passenger is in the cab, driver will start the trip and end the trip on reaching destination

Once the passenger is in the cab driver will start the trip for fare calculation and once at destination the driver will end the trip. Fare will be calculated based on the distance travelled.

Apps- Trip fare Passenger App Driver App

Once the trip end, passenger will get an option to pay (cash/credit card) as selected before booking the cab.

Driver will get an option to mark payment made if passenger have selected cash. If passenger have selected credit card then driver will get a notification on payment received.

Apps- Feedback Passenger App Driver App

On trip completion passenger will be able to rate and leave feedback for the driver.

App- Book a Ride (Ride later) Passenger App

User will be able to make a future reservation by selecting a car type, date and time. This information will be sent to admin web portal from where the admin will assign the driver manually for pick up. Rest of the process will same as ASAP.

Passenger will be able to edit his/her profile.
