• Yes!  A majority of the time goals require participation from the entire team:  5 Points

• Sort of.  Some times the team's goals require participation from the entire team:  2 Points

2.  What percent of the team can fail in their individual activities before the entire team is considered to fail?

• Almost none.  Individual failure quickly results in team failure:  5 Points

• Some.  The team can tolerate the failure of some of the members, but less than half.  3 Points

• Most of the team can fail and the team will still be considered successful.  1 Point
