Test hypothesis with a community engagement event (a Minimum Viable Prototype)
Get traction with govt by partnering with organizations that are already working with govt.
Collaboration is key! Partner with local organizations and the press.
Manage expectations!Dont try to convert hackathon projects into Startups.
Storytelling! Tell the story around the app/tool. Mention hurdles, challenges, motivations of the team
