In Nederland verdubbelt het aantal 65+ers in de komende 15 jaar van 15% tot 30% van de bevolking.

Het percentage verschilt sterk per regio: Van 15% in grote steden tot 65% in krimpgebieden. Dat

betekent meer zorgvraag, minder beschikbaar personeel vooral in de krimpgebieden, minder

belastingopbrengsten.
