Cloud washing (also spelled cloudwashing) is the purposeful and sometimes deceptive attempt by a vendor to rebrand an old product or service by associating the buzzword "cloud" with it.
10.Your Infrastructure team is wearing the vendor’s new cloud t-shirts heading into the demo
9. Your on-premise disk provider is now your “private cloud” provider
8. You just bought a “cloud ready” appliance
7. The vendor’s “Cloud” consists of racks of servers and spaghetti wires and looks like your datacenter
