Edit film---add text, audio, music etc.

Save— outcome will depend on type of editing software used

Using QuickTime Pro

To convert an Avi Video file into a mov file.

1. Locate the video that you have edited and saved on your computer

Video saved on computer

Type: AVI VideoDuration: 0:03:11

Bit Rate: 1536kbpsDimensions: 720 X 480

Size: 685 MB

Right-Click on Avi Video

Menu will Appear

OpenImportPlay….Burn…Add To…Open with-----

QuickTime Player

QuickTime Player --- Pro Version

Select:

New Player-----------------Export-----------

2. Export

1. File

Select --Options

This menu will appear

Video Settings

Select:

Sound Settings

Also select

After selecting:

• Video settings

• Sound Settings

• Internet Streaming• Fast Start

• Click -- OK

Now changed to a .mov

Select--Save

Using Quicktime Pro

Video will be compressed and converted from

---- Avi Video to Mov Video

Size went from ------ 685 MB to 44 MB
