Integrate SAP HANA monitoring with 3rd party tools Quickly leverage and integrate SAP HANA monitoring with existing ITIL and Run SAP tools. Even go beyond monitoring with SAP ITPA enhanced incident response capabilities .
Ensure SLA levels will be supported SAP ITPA automates administrative and health check routines for SAP HANA and source systems! For instance, SAP ITPA can proactively detect issues before the business knows that data hasn’t been propagated to key reports.
Resolve issues automatically When data stops flowing, SAP HANA isn’t serving the business. When authorization errors occur or data replication fails from a source system, users are impacted. Instead, leverage SAP ITPA to automatically detect, resolve, and restart failed processes.
SAP IT Process Automation (ITPA) by Cisco Achieve SAP HANA Operational Best Practices through Automation
Lower Your TCO and Reduce Risk: • Business disruptions when critical piece of the
landscape goes down.
• Critical server slow down or a replication process takes down source database.
• Painful and time consuming manual processes to problem identification and return back to stable state after an system outage.
• Higher unplanned downtime and lost business opportunity.

SAP IT Process Automation by Cisco Implements HANA Best Practices “Day-1”
HANA Best Practices: Enables customers starting out on HANA to
start with HANA best practices—from Day 1 instead of learning them as they go. This is important because:
• HANA is very different from Oracle or DB2, and there is a learning curve.
• HANA is new, and the large pool of DBA talent that’s available for traditional databases isn’t available for HANA yet.
ITPA identifies and fixes problems before they impact the business. This includes user errors, such as poorly constructed queries.
