e-invoicing at the
Slide 2 | November 2009
Introduction
Dear Supplier,
You provide products and/or services to one or more companies of
the Van Gansewinkel Groep.
To make sure that the sales invoices we receive from you are processed
more efficiently, we have been using an advanced scan and workflow
system for many years.
Slide 3 | November 2009
Digital Invoice Processing
We scan the printed invoices that you send us and run them through
the OCR module (Optical Character Recognition) which identifies the
invoice data for further processing.
This makes it easier, more environmentally friendly and less expensive
for you and for us.
Benefits
We would therefore like to ask you to send your invoices by email from now on.
The benefits: No more printed invoices. You can side-step the tedium and expense that
comes with handling paper. No more scanned invoices. We can spare ourselves the labrious manual tasks
that come with scanning. Together, we save costs and the environment!

Different formats
Because not every supplier uses a standard format for electronic invoices,
we work with a solution that can process all kinds of digital formats.
If you are working with a Billing Service Provider such as Basware BT,
Certipost, OB10, TNT Electronic Services or with the Isabel portal,
we can receive and process these without a problem.

Preferred formats
Our Dutch organisations can simply send an email with a PDF or XML invoice.
We prefer an email with a standard UBL 2.0 or HR-XML invoice. These formats
have the lowest costs for everyone involved.
For Belgian companies, this can only take place via a Billing Service Provider
because of the legally required digital signature.

e-invoicing request
Please let us know how you would like to send in your invoices from now on.
You can specify your choice by logging in to this website with your VAT number.
Please specify this, even if you intend to continue sending paper invoices.
This will allow us to keep you informed through your created account if you
change this option in the future.
