Transfer money to your wallet #1: you can find your local service at howtobuybitcoins.info

Write your bitcoin wallet #2 info to your chipset inside your skin with your NFC enabled mobile phone (e.g. Samsung Galaxy SIII). Use a tag writing mobile app, for example, NXP’s NFC TagWriter.

Write URI dataset to your chipset. The dataset starts with a bitcoin: identifier followed by your bitcoin wallet address.

Tap your hand with your mobile phone which has wallet application and wallet #1 with bitcoins balance.

After the tap, mobile wallet opens, your phone has read the address of wallet #2 in your hand. You can now send a desired amount of bitcoins from wallet #1 to wallet #2 by pressing send and entering your pin.
