The “cave dinner” is one of the highlights of Halong Bay. Heritage Line manages to transform an otherwise eerie-looking cave into a magnificent dining experience.
The guests are greeted by tasteful lighting streaking out of cave’s mouth and the warm welcome of the food and beverage team. Music wafts gently throughout the cavernous setting- thanks to well-placed speakers in the caves crevices. The sump-tuous spread – ranging from the fusion to the traditional - is laid out by the magical fingers of chef extraordinaire Diep Vu.
Given the overwhelming response to the cave dinners, Heritage Line knows a wide range of setups – from romantic candle light dinners and company incentive trips to high roller parties where guests are flown in by helicopter to Halong City.
