Paid for in honour of God and given to Oester VandetChurch at the Christmas festival anno 1747 by the then Parish Vicar andall the God-loving People of the Parish whose names are written below to remind the descendants.

God's Light and Chandelier never goes outfor us on this pathless road,but stands in full flamefor us and our descendantsthat we must see God in his Worduntil we can see his face.Let God's Glow of Grace shine intoevery Heart, soul and mindthat we may find the Forceand shine in Loveof God and our Neighbour, too.Let it stand in eternal memory.
