• Online survey undertaken from 1 to 17 February 2012
• Representative samples of employees in Europe (18 years and older, excluding craftsmen, merchants, freelancers and farmers)
• 4,000 employees from France and 300 from each of the following 5 countries: Spain, Italy, Belgium, Germany, UK
• Results adjusted to ensure the statistical representativeness of the samples
Note:
– for France, a larger sample and a longer background and questionnaire than for other European countries more detailed results
– when the sum of the percentages does not equal 100%, it corresponds to 'don't know / no response'
A barometer undertaken when the morale of European consumers is on the decline
