Anna’s World Trip

I conquered Fiji, Argentina, France and Italy

Fiji• I stayed at the Shangri La Fijian Resort while

I explored Fiji.• There were several things that I did when I

was in Fiji.1. I went diving at Rainbow Reef,

which was by the island of Taveuni. I got to dove deep enough to have dolphins follow me back to the coast.

2. I got to go surfing at Natdola Beach, it’s the best beach to surf on in Fiji. On one of the waves I surfed was way too big and it would hurt me when it came down. So I abandon my board and went underwater. Luckily, I didn’t break anything or get a concussion.

Fiji• I also went to a couple Fijian sights.

• I walked through the Historical Museum of Fiji. I never thought that a small little island like Fiji could have this much history.

• I had heard many good things about the University of the South Pacific from my diving instructor, so I went to check it out. I was so surprised! It looked so much like a university in the U.S.A.

Fiji• I loved Fiji so much that I went crazy

buying souvenirs.

• My first store I went to was to J.R. White and & Co. I wanted to buy some Fijian style clothes.

• Then I went to buy some souvenirs from Curio and Handcraft Market, there I bought a tiki mask I saw being crafted.

• Before I left Fiji, I bought balloons and filled some up with water and dropped them off of my balcony.

France

• During my stay in France, the hotel I stayed at was called Prince de Galles Hotel.

• I went to see the Notre Dame Church and I go to go on a tour of the church.

• I also went to the Luve which had very interesting and weird artwork.

• One day I was going to go to the Arc de Triumph, but there were too may people there so I couldn’t visit it.

• Another sight I went to see was the Eiffel Tower. I made a paper airplane and threw it off the side and it landed two blocks away

France• I went to the country side to go bike riding.

I never seen a more beautiful view• I also got up at 4 A.M. in the morning and

went swimming in my hotel’s infinity pool• One day, I got to go white water rafting. I

didn’t like the river that I rafted on, I am never going rafting on that river again.

• Again, I dropped a water balloon out my balcony, I accidentally hit a French dude and I think he was cussing in French!

Italy• When I found my way through Rome’s airport, I

checked into Hotel Aldrovandi Palace- The Leading Hotel of the World.

• I visited the Spanish Steps and wasn’t too impressed, it was just a bunch of steps. But I did see one guy run up them, he slipped and fell.

• I also went to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which wasn’t as big as I thought it would be, but it was still really cool.

Italy• I traveled to the Alps to go snowboarding

for a day. The Alps were better than the Rocky Mountains (which are pretty good) in terms of mountain terrains. Then I went back down to Rome.

• It snowed one night while I was visiting Rome and the next morning I went to my balcony and dropped a snowball down to the pool side.

Argentina

• As I was in Argentina, I stayed at the Marriot Hotel Plaza, which is in Buenos Aires.

• What a surprise! I dropped another water balloon off of my balcony.

• I went white water rafting again. I was astonished that the Rio Manso was a lot softer than the river in France.

Argentina• Argentina was my last country that I visited

and I wanted to remember it. So I bought lots of souvenirs.

• I went to a store called Cat Ballou. They have the most awesome clothes I had ever seen. I spent loads of money there.

• Another place I went to was a store called Oda. It specializes in jewelry and handbags. I also spent a lot of money here.
