There are six very big cities in

Greece. They are Athens,

capital because it is the largest

city, it is close to the sea so

people can eat sea food, and

because Athens helped

saganaki, spanaka, pitakia,

eggplant, tomatoes, yoghurt,

kotessoupa, and a lot of

other foods. Phew! Isn’t that a

lot of food? I think that people

in Greece eat a lot of

sea food because Greece is

a peninsula and most of it is

surrounded by water. They

eat a lot of vegetables and

fruit is because there are a lot

of farms. That is also why they

eat meat. They eat meat

because there are a lot of

animals on the farm.

warm and muggy, in the fall or

autumn it’s cool again, and in

the winter it’s cold but in

Greece it rarely snows. It is

like the same weather all year!

Usually it is wet on the west side

of Pindus Mountain and dry on

the east side of Pindus
