Kukrail Reserve Forest8 KM. A picnic spot towards Khurram Nagr Ring Road developed by the Forest department, it has a deer park and a crocodile nursery. A variety of birds and deer can be seen in their natural habitat.

Shaheed Smark (Kakori)22 km. Situated on Lucknow-Rate Bareli road in Mohanlalganj. After recent excavations, this place proves its antiquity. Here the remains of 7th century BC have been unearthed. The findings testify its importance during the Shung, Kushan and Gupta periods.

Deva Sharif25 km. from Lucknow it is in Barabanki.Drgah of Haji Ali Shab.

The best seaaon to visit the sanctuary is between October and March. Mahadeva62 km. This religious place is famous for its ancient Lodheshwar Mahadev Temple. On Maha Shivratri devotees come here in a large number from far off.
