Established since 1963, Mayflower Car Rental (MCR) is the pioneer car rental service provider in Malaysia. MCR is a division of Mayflower Acme Tours Sdn. Bhd., the wholly-owned subsidiary of Warison TC Holdings Berhad, which is listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia. MCR’s clientele list includes multinational organizations, major oil and gas corporations, foreign embassies, government agencies and public listed companies. MCR has successfully managed the transport for major events in Malaysia like the 16th Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur 1998, APEC Conferences Kuala Lumpur 1998 & 1999, NAM Summit 2003, OIC 2003, Japan Super GT Championship Malaysia from 2001 to 2006 and Formula 1 from 1999 to 2006 and A1 Team Malaysia 2005 & 2006. To fit different customers’ needs and expectations, MCR boasts of a comprehensive fleet of over 2000 vehicles of various capacities and sizes. Some of these vehicles are fitted with ‘Drive Right’ and GPS tracking system. It also offers chauffeur services to cater to tourists and business customers. Our investment in our vehicles for our fleet was close to RM16 million in 2006. Today, MCR is the preferred choice among-st clients who expect safety, security, reliability, quality and excellent service for their transport solutions.

Mayflower was the first to introduce luxurious air-conditioned coaches in Malaysia. We presently have one of the largest fleet of vehicles in the country for ground transportation. Totaling over 60 vehicles, they comprise of chauffeur-driven cars and vans, tour vans, mini and luxurious coaches of various seating capacities.

Mayflower is the pioneer in the car rental industry. Today, it is one of the largest car rental companies with a fleet size of over 2,500 air-conditioned vehicles of various models. Competitive pricing, a strict maintenance schedule and a 24-hour emergency assistance telephone number keep Mayflower Car Rental at the forefront of the Malaysian car rental industry. 1999

• Mayflower Acme Tours acquires Travel Shoppe to spearhead its expansion into outbound tours.

• Mayflower Acme Tours becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Warisan TC Holding Bhd in 1999 after the reorganization of Tan Chong Motor Holdings Bhd's non-motor businesses.

2000

• Mayflower Acme Tours is recognized as the Top Agent in Malaysia for 1999/2000 by Malaysia Airlines.

• A joint venture company, Mayflower American Express Travel Services Sdn Bhd, is established to provide services for corporate travel.

2001

CUSTOMER SERVICE UNIT 24-hour Customer Service Hotline. We have with us a team of designed Customer Service Personnel at our Head Office as well as at our branches to do all possible to resolve any complaint on the spot relating to our services. All your clients will have direct access to our 24-hour Customer Service Hotline.

BOOKING AND RESERVATION All reservation requested will be replied within two business days. However, we endeavour to reply your booking request within one working day.

ACCOUNT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Our business structure is geared towards achieving customer service and agent satisfaction. We practice multilevel relationship with our agents to ensure that your staff has easy access to the management and staff of Mayflower handling your account.

COMPLAINT HANDLING All complaints received from the clients will be responded within 48 hours. We also undertake to resolve all complaints within 2 weeks at the latest. For cases related to suppliers where a longer resolution time is required, our customers get regularly updated on the progress of resolution.

BRANCH NETWORK Our offices are located strategically at main tourist destinations in Malaysia, namely, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Kuantan, Langkawi, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu and Sandakan. Manned by Mayflower staff, these branches play the role of ensuring that local ground arrangements are secured at the most competitive price without compromising on service quality.

CAPITAL INVESTMENT We can now pride ourselves for having a fleet size of over 2,500 vehicles. Mayflower had invested a total of RM122 million for the period 2005-2008 to replace our existing fleet of cars, limousines, vans and coaches. In 2008 alone, we have invested a total of RM61 million. All in all, the average age of our fleet is less than 3 years. Our continuous investment in our fleet demonstrates strongly our commitment to provide unrivaled comfort and uncompromising safety to our clients. Furthermore, being a key player in the inbound industry, we enjoy preferential treatment from our network of suppliers nationwide to meet our clients’ demand. This is especially useful during peak seasons and in unforeseen situations.
