MAJORCA 2009

My unforgettable trip was to Majorca,

an island in the Mediterranean Sea. It was in 2009 and I

went on my own.

I went to visit some of the popular sightseeings there. It was a great place to meet people and make new friends.

I met some nice people and went to beautiful venues.

I went to a ride on this old train. It was a smoking one and it was interesting to see how the old trains used to run.

Also I went to some crazy rides on the sea, like this one on the donuts.

The place was very sunny and I forgot my hat so I improvised with my Brazilian flag and covered my head with it. There were a lot of boats in the docks.

On the background of this picture if you pay attention it reminds us of the slums in Brazil as the houses are buit on the hills but in a nice way. I called it “favela organizada”.

On my trip I made a lasting friendship. This is Jesus, a local guy who I still have touch with. We went to good places and I got to know a bit more about the way people live in Majorca.

On the left it was me and Jesus in one of the restaurants on the beach at day time and on the right it was me, him and a friend of

his in a party on the beach that started at the beggining of the evening.

The water on the beaches there were very clear. The vegetation was graceful and the weather was perfect, not too hot, just right.

What I liked the most about the place was nature.

This was my favourite spot in the island. I spent a lot of time sunbathing on the left hand side next to the

umbrella. I loved being in Majorca.
