San Juan has a couple of new Properties worth discussing; the NEW Tryp by Wyndham in Isla Verde has a 10% Commission

The second new property is the Hyatt Place San Juan City Center in the Convention Center area of San Juan, great for
PRE/POST Cruise stays as it is close by to the Pan American Port where mega cruises disembark. The property is a new build
and was opened in January with great rooms and common areas at amazing rates and even a water parks for kids.
Travel Wholesalers are also jumping into the Puerto Rico trend!! GoGo Vacations has its new Escape to Puerto Rico offer
available NOW with price points starting at $485 for 4 nights at El San Juan Resort. Travel Impressions also has a great sale

One of the properties CURRENTLY OFFERING ALL-INCLUSIVE offers in Puerto Rico is the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach
Resort & Spa for travel starting April 8th, 2016. The new 2016 price point is $440 published per room per night for double
occupancy with price points for single, triple, quad
occupancy, and child rates. Travel Agents can book

starting rates at $99 per night and discounts of 25 percent off the best available rates on a
future stays in the region between May 1 and Dec. 31. In addition, members of the Hilton
HHonors loyalty program who book Stay Now & Play Again packages can opt to double their program points or miles through the “Double Your HHonors” offer, which is
valid for stays from now through April 30. Participating properties include Puerto Rico’s Caribe Hilton San Juan.
