A deposit of $500 will be required to reserve a place and must be paid check, money order or credit card. Includes airfare, transfers in Africa, hotel, full breakfast and other selected meals and tours as noted in bold. A payment schedule and plan will be available. Global Linkages will handle the payments and coordinate airfare, hotel reservations and tours. Trip cancellation insurance will be available. .

PAYMENT SCHEDULE AND REFUND POLICY

After paying a deposit of at least $500, payments of any amount will be accepted from those who prefer to pay for the trip in installments:

Global Linkages accepts checks, money orders, and major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover). A returned check fee of $30 will be charged for all returned checks. Please make checks and money orders payable to GLOBAL LINKAGES.

Final payment must be received by Global Linkages no later than Trip participants with balances due after this date will be charged an administrative fee of 10% of the total cost of the trip.

REFUNDS*:A deposit of $500 is required to hold your space. The refund policy is as follows:

• Before March 30, 2010 – amount paid less $50

• April 1, 2010 – October 31, 2010 - amount paid less $500

• November 1, 2010 – March 1, 2011 - amount paid less $1,000

• March 2, 2011 to trip departure – NO REFUND

*While not mandatory, we recommend the purchase of trip insurance and will provide information in the trip package you will receive following receipt of your deposit.
