The DS-160 form is an online application to process a non-immigrant visa to the United States. At the time of theinterview, the Official Check deposited in this form todetermine if you are eligible to receive a nonimmigrant visa.Please note the following when you fill out your visaapplication: Passport - can not accept passports that are in poor

condition, this includes but is not limited to waterdamaged, no official marks, with missing pages, poorpicture with pages glued or gapped or broken passports.

Picture - Before finish fill the DS-160, you must upload aphoto.

STEP 4: Report to the CAS you selected (Bogota or Medellin) on the date and time of your appointment, for taking photographs and fingerprints. Visa applicants must submit their current passport and confirmation sheet DS-160.

STEP 5. Report to the Immigrant Visa Unit of the US Embassy in Bogota on the date and time of your appointment.

STEP 6: Pick up your passport with visa at the DHL office or CAS you selected in Step 3.

If only I had an appointment at the Applicant Service Center (not at the Consulate), we recommend that you begin to check the status of your visa about a week after his visit to the CAS.
