Warmia and Masuria is a region which is famous not only with its long, because more than 650-year history, but primarily with unusually beautiful landscapes, the

largest number of lakes in Poland and overgrowing large areas of forest. Not without reason Warmia and Masuria are called Land of Thousand Lakes

and are considered "green lung" Polish.

Vistula Lagoon - Baltic Sea bay- 838 km² (within Poland is 328 km²), is cut off from Gdansk Bay by the Vistula Spit. By the Lagoon runs, obliquely to its longitudinal axis,

the state border between the Poland and the Russian Federation (Kaliningrad).
