In March of 2004 6P Consultancy was founded by dr.
René Jansen. 6P offers you a total package in
management consultancy services, that create a solid
base for a successful organisation where people
enjoyably work together. The 6P team consists of a

6P Consultancy: Your partner in business
6P helps companies with specifying and realising corporate goals.
The focus is on the people within the company, 6P connects
personal goals and corporate goals, by which she creates synergy
between the people and the organisation.
Mission
To be a successful partner in business for her customers, 6P
applies the philosophy of the 6 P’s:
1. Purpose: the specific corporate goals.
2. People: the right people in the right position.
3. Process: how can one reach the right goals with the right people
4. Performance: improvement in results and profit
5. Pleasure: heightened job fulfilment
6. Partnership: an improved cooperation between colleagues and
with customers.
Vision (1)
If the first three P’s (Purpose, People en Process) are applied in the
right order, then Performance, Pleasure and Partnership will
automatically follow. Applying the philosophy of the 6 P’s clarifies
which factors are essential for a successful organisation.
In other words, if the right people do the right things in the right
way, then results, job fulfilment and cooperation will significantly
increase.

It is the goal of 6P Consultancy to be the bestadvisor of organisations. We fill in the gap between organisations and their personnel,between Purpose and People, between Economics and Psychology. We started in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Ourscope is to broaden our services to othercountries. We grow in an organic way.
Strategy
In order to translate 6P’s mission to the needs of her
customers, she offers several services. They are
utilised to realise the predetermined end result.

Services
The organisational analysis is the blueprint for the
further development of the organisation (her results)
and its people (their well-being). The philosophy of the
6P’s will be applied in its purest form. The
organisational analysis consists of specifying the
corporate goals (Purpose), analysing the potential of the
employees (People) and advising on how one can
reach the desired goals with the right people (Process).
Organisational analysis
With a thorough recruitment procedure the consultants of 6P not
only find for you the right person for the job, but will ensure that the
person will actually come, and is of added value to your
organisation in reaching your corporate goals. In short, someone
that is successful. You will receive the necessary management
tools to help the new employee reaching his full potential.
We will also keep in touch with you and the candidate. Result
oriented as we are, we complete the procedure with solid
follow-ups: your guarantee for the perfect match.
Recruitment
An assessment consists of a written part and an oral part that take
up about one day together. The goal is to look at someone's
personality, approach to work, motivation, ambition, mental
stability, intelligence, strengths and weaknesses and/or
development potential with reference to a specific question.
An assessment can be used for different purposes, such as the
ability to perform a particular job and/or career planning. The
psychological instruments we use, are reliable and scientifically
valid.
Assessment
A personality analysis is shorter and more compact thanan assessment. It consists of a written part and an oralpart, which together take up about two and a half hours.The goal is to get a good idea of someone’s personality,approach to work, motivation, ambition, mental stability,strengths and weaknesses and/or developmentpotential. The personality analysis can be used for several purposes, such as career planning, job evaluations, a specific internal vacancy and in allsituations where there is no need for an extensive assessment. We can apply this personality analysis in all the common languages in the world!
Personality analysis
The aim of coaching is adjusting someone’s behaviour to the ever
changing demands of the market, so the organisation can
improve her results. Coaching, be it personal or in teams, is
focused on helping someone to understand which behaviour is
necessary to go from the current result position to the desired result
position. Crucial in this respect is learning how to fully use ones
strengths and how to neutralise or compensate ones inevitable
weaknesses. In short, it is about choosing adequate behaviour,
based on a conscious reflection instead of on an unconscious
reflex, as one was used to before.
Coaching (personal, teams, sales, career - individual development / outplacement - )
An excellent way to improve the results of an organisation is by
means of personal coaching. The method is to coach the
employee, in a one on one development project, and help him to
understand which behaviour leads to success. The development
will go through the following four phases:
from unconsciously wrong → to consciously wrong → to consciously right → to unconsciously right.
Attention will be paid to the employee’s three different roles, that of
specialist (doing things him self), that of colleague (doing things
together) and that of a manager (delegating); of course this will all
be done with reference to the corporate goals.
Personal Coaching
With team coaching it is all about creating synergy within a team. The first thing on the agenda is working towards mutual acceptance of the desired goals (all team members must explicitly serve the same purpose). Next, each individual will be participating in an assessment, in order for him to understand his own strengths and weaknesses. Thereafter a team session will take place to learn each others strengths and weaknesses. The utilising of the mutual strengths is the key to success. This will lead to a situation in which everybody knows how to use the own, as well as each others strengths, so together they really can reach their full potential as a team and thus realise optimal results.
Team Coaching
Sales coaching is a very effective method in helping a sales
representative/sales manager in achieving the desired goals. A
method that shows results within only two months. After all, the
biggest rival in sales is not ones competitor but oneself.
The chosen behaviour is his only and unique instrument, they learn
how the other sees him self and thereafter they will be effectively
helped to correct him self.
Mirroring the sales representative/sales manager and thus
facilitating the appropriate and successful behaviour leads to the
desired effect.
Sales Coaching
In a situation where personnel moves to another position within the
organisation or when you have to say farewell to one of your
employees you can choose to facilitate him professionally in this
process by means of:
• An Individual Development Plan (IDP)• An Outplacement
Career Coaching
An IDP-project increases the employee flexibility and “job match”.
The employee keeps developing him self. The goal of
this project is to help the employee understand what the best
possible career within the organisation would be. With this custom
made project a situation is created in which the employee can
reach his full potential and be of (more) added value to the
corporate goals (better results). Investing in an IDP-project, results
in increased loyalty and dedication of your employees. In other
words the right people will stay with your organisation for a longer
period of time.
Individual Development Plan
In a situation where you unfortunately have to say farewell to one of your employees, the consultants of 6P can effectively help the employee in orienting on and finding a new job. 6P helps the employee with understanding their potential and critically search for possibilities in the current labour market. Finally the employee will be structurally guided towards actually finding a new suitable job. An important assumption in this, is that the employee himself is and stays responsible for his own career. Our outplacement projects always are based on an individual approach!
