• Design : Custom – designed by us, customers just need to submit a design of their preference and we will proceed by designing it on the tote bag by means of acrylic ink and permanent waterproof marker.

• Item’s cost ; the cost of the tote bag, the cost of permanent markers and other designing materials

PRICE
• Price will be set up at RM 29 for each custom designed tote bag.
BUSINESS STRATEGIES
• This business will be marketed via internet, inclusive of social medias , whatsapp and wechat.
• Internet :
o A facebook business page will be made to be a
business medium of the product.
o An instagram account will be signed up for the
business purpose.
o An account in mudah.my will also be used as a
business tool to enable a platform to sell our product.
o Lelong.
o Twitter will also be used to tweet up updates
regarding the products.
• Whatsapp and WeChat :
o Enable conversations between customers and us
sellers via phone internet application.
SERVICES
• Payment to be made prior 3 days after the submission of the order, payment t be made via Maybank / CIMB Bank.
• COD : Cash On Delivery (Handpicked by Hand) around Kajang and Bangi area.
• Postal service via Poslaju is also available for customers all over Malaysia. Item will arrive in 1 day via this Poslaju courier service.
• Ordered item will arrive within 3 days.
• Postal service will be standardized at RM 6 per bag (100 grams) to West Malaysia. Whereas, RM 9 to East Malaysia per bag (100 grams).
PROMOTION
• Payment above RM 75 in a single purchase will get a free postage.

Besides looking up to date in fashion, our tote bag is 100 % cotton and truly recyclable. Plastic / PU leather bags are petroleum based and can take up to 1,000 years to decompose.
