HER MAJESTY’S PASSPORT OFFICE (HMPO)CASE STUDY:
We provide a cloud-based, fully managed time and attendance solution for Her Majesty’s Passport Office, which has 2,500 employees working from 37 locations across the UK.

3,300 HM Passport Office purchased Equiniti’s time and attendance system via the Government’s G-Cloud procurement framework. As a centrally managed web-based cloud platform, our solution reduces the work involved in recording, planning, managing absence, reporting and auditing plus scheduling of employees who work on a fixed or flexible hours working basis. The contract, which was fulfilled through the G-Cloud Framework, will provide HPMO with assured performance levels.

INDEPENDENT POLICE COMPLAINTS COMMISSIONCASE STUDY:
IPCC partnered with Equiniti to implement a complaints management system that would effectively manage its complaints, whilst improving the organisation’s key business processes.
30,000 Equiniti’s complex case management solution for the IPCC serves 700 users over 5 locations across 43 Police Forces in England and Wales. It handles 30,000 cases and over 54,000 allegations per annum. The system is highly sophisticated and flexible, adapting to legislative changes whilst incorporating a complex security model. Our system is integrated with industry standard platforms including HP TRIM (Records Management 8) and MS Word.

FORENSIC SERVICES NORTHERN IRELANDCASE STUDY:
Equiniti provided FSNI with a sophisticated case management system (CMS) that is flexible, scalable andintegrates seamlessly with a range of software products,including the Causeway Criminal Justice Hub.

Equiniti has had a lot of commercial success with our Perito case management system in the UK and Ireland. For example: We provided solutions for all three police complaints authorities, with that market saturated the natural move would have been to sell the system internationally. Invest NI enabled us to do the work that would make that possible.
What Invest NI provided: A £170,000 research and development grant, part-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, to undertake the development work that allowed us to internationalise our product.
