• Look the person in the eye
• Hold your body upright
• Conciously relax your shoulders
• Try to Breathe normally,do not hold your Breath

exchange• Fewer conflicts and arguments• You feel in control of your life• Your confidence and self esteem are enhanced• You have better chance of getting what you want
