ZigZag Offshoring started over 7 years ago as a back-office support in Manila for our Advertising Agency in Brisbane. We started with web developers, graphic designers, data miners and customer care support.
Since then we have grown and now provide an easy and affordable offshoring solution for our clients.

We start with the recruitment and work together with you to make sure that you find the next superstar employee. We provide a dedicated recruitment officer who will share resumes with you and your recruitment team and guide you through the entire process.
Once staff are hired, we begin with a detailed induction by showing new staff how to properly use our automated payroll system, help desk and other important tools that ZigZag Offshoring provides for all.
After the induction, they are passed back to the you for further training so the employee understands that he or she is also part of the your Australian business.
When all set, ZigZag Offshoring will assign an employee relation specialist that sits near your team to liaise with staff and clients on a daily basis. Should a staff member or client need assistance or have any questions, our employee relations will let you know straight away - it’s really that easy!
