Whether it's a computer or a recruiter, the first
thing your resume will go through is a screen
for keywords. To find the right keywords to use
in your resume:

1. Highlight all of the required skills and
experience listed in the job description
2. Now which ones reflect your strongest skills
or experience?
3. Add numbers and achievements that will add

skills.
Chekc Your Spelling

Proofread once, then another time, then once
more. Nothing is worse than someone who
hasn't learned to use spell check, especially in
this day and age. You don't want to realize you
spelled your last name wrong minutes after
sending your resume out.
Try using online programs or apps like
Grammarly.
Ask another person to read over your
resume. Ask them to be critical.
Get an objective opinion on how you are
coming across to potential employers.
Check that all information is current including
social media platforms, LinkedIn and your
email address
