The Mountford Pigott team have wide ranging experience of working with the leading residential developers across the UK, focusing on London and the South East.
We have in-depth knowledge of design and construction across a broad spectrum of residential development types including medium and high density apartments, private and public housing schemes, the restoration and extension of listed period properties and large bespoke dwellings.
Our professional expertise enables us to deal swiftly and efficiently with a wide range of issues associated with residential development. These include a thorough knowledge of Lifetime Home Standards, Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM assessments. We have established working relationships with a network of specialists to deal with all other matters such as interior design, fire engineering, flood risk and party wall awards.
