ThepositionBax&CompanyiscurrentlyseekingcandidatesthatcandriveanddevelopH2020proposalsinoneormoreoftheseareas:mobileandstationarybatteries,sustainableagro-foodinnovationorcircularcities.Wearelookingforpeoplewhohaveexperiencein(co)developingwinningprojectproposals,mobilizingandcommittingthebestconsortium partners and co-writing all parts of thetypical70pageproposalinH2020.

As a project lead consultant, you will be working onclient-facing assignments involving R&D projectdevelopment and management, innovationcollaborations, creation of new Open Innovationinitiatives,androadmappingandplanningfutureR&DprogramsamongavarietyofstakeholdersinEurope.

Consultantsatourcompanyaretypicallyinvolvedinamix of different assignments that may coversubstantiallydifferentfields;H2020proposalsareakeypart of themix, but definitely not the only thingwesupportourclientson.Whileastrongbackgroundoneormore of the areaswemention above is definitelyhelpful,wemostofallexpectthatteammembershavetheabilitytoquicklylearnaboutanynewsubjectthatourclientsaskoursupportin.

YouractivitieswillincludeworkingcloselywithoneortwootherBaxCoconsultants,aswellaswithclientsandother parties that BaxCo collaborates with in itsassignments.

Thisvacancyisprimarilyforeseentobecoveredinourheadquarters office in Barcelona - however,candidatesthatseektobestationedinourRotterdamofficemayalsoapply.

• Backgroundandprofile:arelevantMastersdegreeisrequired. We look for profiles reflecting specificinterest in the mix between business, technologyandsustainability.

• Languages: truly fluent English, both written andoral, isessential (almostallofourassignmentsareperformedinEnglish).Additionally,wevaluefluencyinourclientnativelanguagessuchasSpanish,Dutch,GermanandFrench.

• Writing skills: good writing skills are essential; weneedyoutoenjoyandbegoodatcreatingconvincingargumentations,easilytranslatingcomplextechnicalconcepts into clear and compelling businesslanguageandsimpleyetconvincingvisuals.

• Softskills:weexpectagreatdealofautonomyandpro-activity, being able to communicateprofessionally with partners and clients, managingandleadingdiscussionsandpublicpresentations.
