เพอใหนกศกษาไดทราบถงความสมพนธระหวางการฟง พด อาน เขยน

เพอใหนกศกษามความร ความเขาใจ เกยวกบภาษาองกฤษส าหรบรฐประศาสนศาสตร

เพอนกศกษาไดทราบถงกระบวนการอานเอกสารวชาการเกยวกบรฐประศาสนศาสตร

เพอใหนกศกษาสามารถน าองคความรทไดเรยนมาน ามาใชในกระบวนการศกษาและการท างานไดเปนอยางด

ค าอธบายรายวชา

• พฒนาความสามารถการใชทกษะภาษาองกฤษดานการฟง พด อาน และเขยน ในสาขาวชารฐประศาสนศาสตรในระดบสงขนอยางตอเนองจากภาษาองกฤษส าหรบรฐประศาสนศาสตร1

การวดและประเมนผล

• การวดผลระหวางภาคเรยน รอยละ 70– จตพสย 10 คะแนน

• -การเขาเรยนอยางสม าเสมอและตรงเวลา 5 คะแนน• - การมสวนรวมในการท ากจกรรม 5 คะแนน

– การสอบพด (เดยว) 10 คะแนน• การคนควาแบบกลมเกยวกบภาษาองกฤษ 10 คะแนน• สอบเกบคะแนน 10 คะแนน

– การทดสอบกลางภาค 30 คะแนน

• การวดผลปลายภาคเรยน รอยละ 30

• นกศกษาเขาเรยนอยางสม าเสมอและตรงเวลา ขาดไดไมเกน 3 ครง เกน 3 ครงหมดสทธสอบ เขาเรยนสาย 2 ครง เทากบขาด 1 ครง

• น าเอกสารการเรยนมาดวยทกครง (ไมน าเอกสารมาเรยนหก 5 คะแนนตอครง)

• นกศกษาตองแตงกายสภาพเรยบรอย (แตงกายไมเรยบรอยหก 2 คะแนนตอครง)

• เตรยมตวอานหนงสอลวงหนากอนเรยน• งดใชโทรศพทเวลาเรยน• มสวนรวมในการเรยน เชน ตอบค าถามในชนเรยนเมออาจารยถาม• นกศกษาตองมเวลาเรยนครบ 80 % จงมสทธสอบ• หากไมสามารถมาเรยนไดตองยนเอกสารแสดงความจ าเปนตอผสอนในการไมเขาเรยน• ขาดเรยน 1 ครง หก 1 คะแนน สาย 1 ครง หก 0.5 คะแนน (หกจากคะแนนจตพสย)

• สงงานเกนวนทก าหนดหก 1 คะแนน ขาดสงงานหก 2 คะแนน (หกจากคะแนนสงแบบฝกหด)

• สอบพด 10 คะแนน ( 4-5 นาท)• แนะน าตว 1 นาท • เนอหาเลาเรอง 2-3 นาท (เกยวกบเรองอะไรกได เชน ตลาดน า)

• สรป 1 นาท
