Mogensen Sizer 2000
The Sizer 2000 is a fine grain screening machine
designed for a separation range of 0.1 to 5.0 mm,
including difficult-to-screen materials.
The system comprises a maximum of three screen
mats arranged one above the other and vibrated
by the impart bars. The impact of beating keeps
the screen mats free from sticky materials and
also helps transport bulk materials. Each beater
arrangement is driven by two Unbalance Motors.
The Unbalance Motors generate an oscillating
motion in the beater shaft and the screen mat is
vibrated from the bottom.
The impact of bearing at very high acceleration
results in rapid stratification of the material. The
screen frame itself remains almost static, thereby
avoiding transmission of dynamic forces to the
support structure.

It is a blockage free compact construction, low
weight, dust proof and easy to install device with

For Vibrating Screening Machines
IC offers a wide range of highly wear resistant screen
decks in Polyurethane and Rubber with embedded steel
reinforcement.
Wet or dry applications include scalping, load relieving,
sizing, washing and dewatering.

The selection of the correct screening media is essential
for optimum performance and IC provides comprehensive
technical service to ensure the right selection against specific

Raymond Roller Mill
Complete Grinding Mill systems designed to dry (optional),
pulverise and classify various different kinds of materials including
non-metallic minerals, fertilizers, chemicals and many other
manufactured materials.
Available in a range of 5 standard sizes, the system includes
Feeder, Classifier, Fan, Cyclone and Dust Collector.
Range of product fineness is between bulk passing 60 mesh up
to 300/325 mesh and capacities from a few hundred kgs per
hour to 15/20 MTPH depending upon the product fineness and
feed material grinding characteristics.

Grinding and Classifying Equipment

The cone series OPC Crushers are robust
equipments which ensure high productivity, low
operation cost and longer useful life than other
similar Crushers.
The body of the cone crusher is constructed of
ASTMA 216/A. It’s crushing chamber consists
of two basic elements; the concave linings and
mantle (wear parts) - fabricated with austenitic
manganese steel and mounted in a simple
way keeping in mind easy replacement when
required.
The overload system for non-crushable materials
works through hydraulic cylinders and hydro-
pneumatic pressure accumulators. Due to ample
space within the chamber the cleaning of the
equipment is simple (to remove obstructions)
thus reducing stoppage time and increasing the
productivity and dependability.
Regulation of opening of the equipment is done through an
automatic hydraulic motor, making it possible to make fast
regulation through electrical buttons in the control panel.
The crushers are provided with two hydraulic units, one for
lubrication and the other for commands.
An electrical control panel operates the entire hydraulic system
for lubrication and assures safety against abnormality of the
system. Whenever there is some abnormality in the system,
there is an alarm signal and the equipment is disconnected
automatically.

Classification Equipment
Mechanical Air SeparatorThe separator may be used in combination with ball mills,
tube mills and compartment mills. Its function is to maintain
a constant fineness in delivering the finished product.
Alpha Turbine ClassifierThese air classifiers have been developed especially
for the achievement of fine products below 40 mm.
They belong to the family of turbo classifers with
turbulent air flow, also called centrifugal classifiers.
Their purpose is to achieve the best yield at very low
specific energy consumption.
Both the classifier rotor and the body of this series can
be constructed in stainless steel. The body itself can,
if necessary, be lined with ceramics against abrasion.
