Acareerpathisagroupofjobsthatallheadinthesamedirection.Theeducation/train-ingfieldisacareerpath.Thejobs(lanes)alongthishighwayincludeteacher,princi-pal,trainer,professor,seminarleader,lec-turer,etc.

Step 4: Definethejobonthecareerhighwaythatappealstoyou.

Ifyouarenewtotheworkforce,chooseacareerpathandthenfindajobthatletsyouenterthehighway.
