If  People  Are  Interested  In  What  You  Say:    u They  Keep  An  Eye  Contact  u They  Nod  Their  Heads  u Their  Feet  Point  You    

     

People  agree  what  you  say  if….  

•  the  client’s  arms/legs    are  crossed,  •  The  client  covers  his  mouth,  touches  his  nose  or    the  part  

near  eye  •  They  do  not  unbutton  their  jacket  

•  Be  punctual  •  Do  not  offer  your  hand  for  a  handshake  unless  your  interviewer  offers  his  hand  

•  Shake  hands  firmly  but  not  squeze  it  •  Maintain  eye  contact  •  Sit  up  straight  in  your  chair  with  your  back  leaning  against  the  back  of  chair  

•  When  you  are  asked  something  you  can  lean  a  bit  forward
