On the water

xperienced anglers have long regarded the waters

of the Georgia coastline as a treasure for all those who

wish to test their skills against redfish, bluefish, sea

trout, tarpon and an almost endless list of other native

fish. Expertly guided charter fishing trips along inshore

and offshore waters — with all tackle furnished — can be

easily arranged.

Nearly untouched, our waters remain one of the

region’s best-kept secrets. The low pressure put on the

waters means fish are in abundance almost year-round. In

fact, you’re likely to experience an entire day on the water

without seeing another boat.

Whether you prefer a day’s excursion in the pursuit

of white-knuckle tarpon fishing, or you enjoy light sight

fishing trips to the inlets and estuaries that meander

just off the shores of nearby Cumberland Island chasing

redfish, fishing at Cabin Bluff is sure to be an experience

you won’t soon forget.
