QOUTE OF THE WEEK: “Be not afraid of greatness: some are born great, some achieve greatness, and some have

greatness thrust upon them” - William Shakespeare Inside:Page 2 - Letter from the President Page 3 - Announcements

SBA Board: FROM THE PRESIDENT:

Greetings,

I hope everyone had a relaxing weekend. Hopefully this week will cool down.

Thank you to everyone who made Club Day, Bar Review, and the Carnival successful.  Now that clubs have your email addresses, they will hold general meetings and events throughout the next few weeks.  1Ls: take the time to get to know upperclassmen who can help you with your classes.  Upperclassmen: don't forget your 1L experience and be generous in giving information.

Since the lounge is still under construction, we will wait until next week for the class representative and Part-Time Vice President elections.  The goal is to give everyone who would like to run a fair chance.  Hopefully, construction will wind down and the lounge will be available to all soon.

Finally, best of luck to those participating in the On-Campus Interview Process.  I know it can be stressful.  On a Campus Ministry retreat this weekend one of the Jesuits reminded me that no single success or failure is permanent.  Best of luck, and remember to keep everything in perspective.

Have a great week,
