Context
• In Brasov county the birth rate in the rural areas raised with 12% to 14% since 2002 to 2009.
• Taking in consideration the social and the economical changes all around the world, it is expected to lower the number of population with ages between 0-14, in the next years, especially in rural areas.
• Schools are force to reduce the number of teachers or even to close down, while children will have access to less educational facilities around their neighborhoods.
Arguments:
• The recent changes in Romanian educational system caused by the social evolution and economical factors lower the quality of teaching especially in disadvantaged areas (rural ones like in our case).
• We need support of NGOs to help adolescents to overcome their educational and cultural problems.
• The implementation of this project will ensure a better resource circulation and increase social cohesion on the level of local community.
