• Raise the profile and interest of careers in Early Years, Childcare & Social Care among young people in schools and colleges
• Highlight the rewards of working in the sector
• Educate & inform as many people as possible of the wide range of professions, career routes and opportunities
• Change negative perceptions and dispel myths about the sector
Who are Care Ambassadors?
• Social care workers, Early Years and childcare workers at various levels of their careers
• Passionate, enthusiastic & committed
• Varied ages and job roles
• Staff who are confident in their role
• Have a genuine wish to inspire others to consider a career in the sector
