2. Xut x cng ngh:

Cng ngh ABR c nghin cu, ci tin v ng dng trong x l nc thi ti Vit Nam trong nhiu nm gn y. - Nm 2003, chng trnh KHCN KC07-07 trin khai thc hin ti nghin cu la chn cng ngh v thit b x l cht thi trong cc vng ch bin nng thy sn. Kt qu ca ti nghin cu v ng dng cng ngh ABR x l nc thi vi cc c trng khc nhau ti cc vng chn nui, ch bin tinh bt v ch bin thy sn. 03 h thng x l cng sut 25 m3/ngy m.- Nm 2006: D n hp tc nghin cu song phng Vit Nam Rumani: Hp tc nghin cu pht trin cc gii php x l nc thi th nhm ti s dng cho mc ch nng nghip. Kt qu ca d n ng dng cng ngh ABR x l nc thi sinh hot v git m cho khu dn c ti tr trn Lim Tin Du Bc Ninh. Cng sut x l 30 m3/ngy m.

3. Qu trnh nghin cu ra cng ngh:

- Qu trnh nghin cu, ci tin v ng dng cng ngh thc hin t nhng nm 2000 vi cc th nghim trong phng v quy m pilots.

- T nm 2003 n nm 2006: ti nghin cu la chn cng ngh v thit b x l cht thi trong cc vng ch bin nng thy sn. (KC07-07) tip tc nghin cu, hon thin cng ngh vi cc loi hnh nc thi thc t khc nhau.

- Nm 2006-2007: tip tc nghin cu, hon thin cng ngh ABR x l nc thi kt hp vi h sinh hc v bi lc trng cy nhm ti s dng nc thi sau x l cho mc ch nng nghip.

- T nm 2007 n nay: tip tc nghin cu ci tin cng ngh vi cc hng x l mi, tng hiu qu x l, gim gi thnh v n gin ha trong qu trnh thi cng, lp t:

+ Nghin cu b sung ch phm vi sinh c hu, tng hiu qu x l. + Nghin cu b sung gi th vi sinh. + Nghin cu ng dng vt liu mi: composite lm vch ngn + Hon thin cng ngh v sn xut thit b hp khi ABR bng vt liu Composite.

4. M t cng ngh (xin gi km s quy trnh cng ngh/nh nu c)Cng ngh Phn ng k kh dng vch ngn ABR (Anaerobic Baffled Reactor) l kt qu nghin cu, ci tin v ng dng mt cch ph hp trn c s mt s gii php cng ngh x l nc thi hin nay nhm p ng kh nng x l nc thi ph hp vi c trng, thnh phn v iu kin thc t ti Vit Nam.
