Scope of OperationsThe key responsibility of this department is to effectively communicate the core values, products and innovations of eKnowvate Solutions Limited, building Brand Identity and top of the mind Awareness. This is to be systematically achieved by:• The development and production of a Corporate Profile for the organization.• Brand promotion and development at the local, national and international levels via
the various types of media• Public Relations management.• Development of communications protocol (internal and external) to meet
international standards.• Development of marketing collateral for organization’s products.• Development of strong collaboration with all stakeholders to achieve communication
goals• Development of all telemarketing facets for effective delivery in this area
Scope of Operations Contd.• Development and management of social media campaign for entire
business• Development of working relationship with leading media houses in a
proactive manner• Development and management of engaging content for monthly
newsletter of the group• The Management of all websites of the business (content) and the intranet
to the highest standard.• The design and Launch of email marketing campaigns for our various
products• The development and launch of SMS campaigns for various products.
Social Media Presence• As an organization with core competencies in digital innovation and mobile
strategy, strategically building communication lines across both verticals reinforces our brand proposition.
• Social Media pages have been developed in the past 6weeks on the Facebook and Twitter Platforms
• These platforms have been designed to highlight our products, successes and to build the Company’s reputation as Technologically innovative, savvy and competent.
Our Facebook Pages: eKnowvate• From 2 sponsored
campaigns, eKnowvate Facebook page has garnered 1100 likes so far over a 4 week period.
Our Facebook Pages: My Computervillage.com
• The Mycomputervillage.com Facebook page has garnered 3,562 likes over a period of 3 months• The primary aim of this page is to
drive potential customers to the website.
eKnowvate Twitter Page • We have generated 206 posts
since its inception with topics ranging from Mobile apps to the newest Technology news. • Have a followership of 28 including
a PR Practitioner, a digital platform editor (Harvard trained), and a blogger/website designer.• Our goal is to connect with strong
influencers who can further promote our brand.
Telemarketing• Within the period of 2 months, the Corporate communications unit has
embarked on email and SMS campaigns for 2 of our products.
• The telemarketing team makes an average of 25 calls on a daily basis; comprising both cold calls and follow-up calls.
• In the event that product consultants do not have a vast potential client base, the telemarketing unit assists in developing a potential client base to work with.
