Dear friends, we are a company KOZAK from Belgrade

• The main activity of our company is production and sales of dairy products made from goat's and cow's milk. As part of the Company's business, operates dairy Zlatarka from Nova Varos (south-western Serbia), located at the very entrance of the National Park UVAC (protected habitat for a large number of plant and animal species, including the famous whiteheaded vulture (eagle species almost extinct).

• We are proud that our products are created from environmentally pure raw materials prepared in the traditional manner of our ancestors, no additives are added. The only preservative we use is sea salt.

• Cheeses "Kozak" occurs at 600 to 800 m above sea level in nature, between mountains Zlatar and Apple ( Jabuka in Serbian), where there is no industry and contaminants and where all crop plants are treated exclusively with natural fertilizer. Goats are free to move around the estate and natural feed, and supplementary food as corn, soybeans, grain and hay provide them with winter and during milking. The estate, as well as the whole area is rich in natural water sources and the analysis revealed that the water is fantastic quality.
