and wicked);如果設計師的思考架構,都變成規則化或目錄化,其設計思考歷程就變成仿效或例行公事,那麼設計師將不再有發掘新的解決方案的可能性。

iterative)的設計思考歷程和方法,每個人按照自己的思考模式和進度,調整工具和步驟,隨時可以來回反覆使用步驟來幫助自己釐清設計問題,而不是單純的按表操課的思考方法。
