are pneumatically operatedscissor lifts with capacities of2,000 to 4,000 lbs., and travelsdistances of 12 to 24 inches.Standard Features■ AL Series lifts have chrome-plated rollers entrapped withinbase frame and platform forsuperior stability, enhanceddurability, and trouble freeoperation. ■ Durable 2-ply, 3-convoluted,rubber air spring actuator(s)comes with lifetime warranty.

■ Heavy duty welded constructiondesigned with a 3-to-1 safetyfactor, complies with ANSI MH29.1- 1994.■ PTFE (Teflon) lined, lifetimelubricated, composite bearings atall wear points. Hardened chromeplated pins used at all bearingsurfaces. ■ Scissor legs bolted to base frameand platform at fixed (clevis) end,for enhanced maintainability andease of disassembly, if required.■ Removable roller gibs facilitatemaintenance operations, and allowfor ease of disassembly, if required.

■ Pedestal mounted up/downcontrol valve with 10' of 1/2"pneumatic hose standard, optionalfoot operated control valve available.■ Adjustable Hydraulic Damperprovides positive load control.■ Adjustable down flow control, andpressure relief valve, assure safeoperation in the event of an airlinerupture, or overloading of lift.■ Surfaces degreased, oxide primed,finished with durable enamel.■ Entrapped upper and lower rollersfor greater stability■ Pneumatically powered by aheavy-duty air spring
