Checklist for Decreasing Stage Fright

1. Know your subject well.

2. Rehearse your talk several times (on venue if possible)

3. Arrive early at the venue

4. Request in advance for all the presentation tool (lectern, chart etc)

5. Precheck the tools to avoid any delays- Extension cord, screen.

6. Breathe deeply and slowly before speaking.

7. Move during the speech- movement hold audience attention.

8. Approach lectern with Enthusiasm
